Week 35: Saved Views and a streamlined admin portal

24 août 2026 - 30 août 20262 versions

This week brings a new way to organize your client, staff, and appointment lists, plus a clearer, easier-to-navigate admin portal.

  • Client management: Save your own filtered and sorted views of clients, appointments, and staff, and share them with your team.
  • Admin portal: Navigation, security, and email settings are now grouped more clearly, making daily admin tasks faster to find.
  • Invitations: Inviting staff and clients is now guided step by step, with invites available directly from a person's own page.
  • Security: Staff details are now shared only at the level each viewer is authorised to see, and sensitive custom field values stay better protected.

Fonctionnalités

  • Saved Views: Create filtered, sorted views of clients, appointments, and staff in list, split, or board layout, and keep them private or share with specific roles.
  • Pinned favourites: Pin your favourite views to the sidebar for quick access, and see at a glance which filters, columns, and sort order a view uses.
  • Bulk actions: Select multiple records in a view to create tasks for all of them at once or export exactly the ones you picked.
  • Guided invitations: Inviting staff or clients now walks through clear steps, with invites available directly from a person's detail page and pending counts shown per tab.
  • Login-lock visibility: The staff detail page shows when a login is locked and lets authorised staff unlock it.
  • Redesigned admin navigation: Organization setup, access, and settings are grouped into a single Administration panel that remembers your preferred layout.
  • Clearer security settings: Multi-factor authentication and IP access options appear as compact cards with details available on demand.
  • Configurable service lists: Save your preferred columns for services, including custom fields, and export to CSV, Excel, or PDF.
  • Simplified email settings: Sending routes and the delivery log are now collapsible sections in one tab, with faster page loading and a clearer routing overview.
  • Streamlined public content and organization details: Website information, FAQs, and organization details each have their own organized, collapsible sections.

Correctifs

  • Location colours: Locations in a saved view now display with the same colour badges used elsewhere in the practice.
  • Instant view switching: Moving between saved views now updates the page title and list immediately, and a pinned favourite stays highlighted.
  • Cleaner selection banner: The "items selected" banner only appears once something is actually selected.
  • Smoother loading: The record panel shows a loading placeholder instead of briefly flashing empty in split view.
  • Tablet layout fix: The view toolbar no longer overlaps its own controls on tablet-sized screens.
  • Stable invitation confirmation: The confirmation dialog after sending an invitation no longer closes unexpectedly.
  • Fully clickable section headers: Collapsible sections such as IP restrictions, MFA, email settings, and public content can now be opened by clicking anywhere on the header.
  • Stable sidebar selection: Switching tabs on an administration page no longer resets the sidebar to the main panel.
  • Correct numeric field limits: Minimum and maximum limits set for numeric custom fields are now properly enforced when saving.
  • Clearer restricted field indication: The custom fields management page now shows a note and your access level whenever a field set is restricted to specific roles.

Sécurité et fiabilité

  • Tighter access to staff details: Staff information is now shared only with the level of detail each viewer is authorised to see.
  • Safer text entries: Custom text fields are cleaned and checked more consistently before being saved, reducing the risk of malformed data.
  • Conflict-safe updates: When two people update the same record's status at the same time, the system now prevents one change from silently overwriting the other.
  • More reliable field masking: Numeric custom fields configured to stay hidden by default now reliably stay masked.
  • Updated safeguards: An outdated exception was replaced with an updated, patched component, improving overall protection.
