Report exports and a redesigned Client Portal

Reports can now be exported as PDF, Excel, CSV and PNG files, and the Client Portal has a new top bar with a two-column home page. Saving from an outdated screen no longer overwrites someone else’s newer changes.

Fonctionnalités

  • Report export: each report tab can be exported as a PDF or Excel file, and each chart exports its data as Excel or CSV and its image as PNG, with Romanian letters shown correctly.
  • Clearer report pages: every report now has one header with a short description, a line that names the comparison period by its dates, small trend lines on the tiles, a filter row that stays in view on large screens, and a Forecast key in charts that shade forecast values.
  • New Client Portal layout: a top bar with your logo, the main links, a labelled Feedback button, the language and the account menu replaces the sidebar, and on smaller screens the links move to a bottom bar.
  • Two-column home page: the Client Portal home now shows the next appointment on the left and as many further appointments on the right as fit beside it.
  • Contact to cancel: labelled Call and WhatsApp buttons follow the cancellation note, WhatsApp appears only when the location has a WhatsApp number, and an info icon names the notice period.
  • Feedback dialog in the Client Portal: the dialog now names the portal, asks people not to share personal or health details, and uses a more formal tone in Dutch.
  • Expired invitation recovery: from lists, profiles and invitation history you can send a replacement link for an expired invitation, and the earlier link stops working.
  • Live invitation total: the Invitations total in the sidebar now updates right after you send, resend or revoke an invitation, without reloading the page.
  • Faster Documents tab: the Documents tab of a person, staff member or appointment now opens with the page, and an upload, edit or delete on any screen refreshes every list of that record.
  • Hidden formatting toolbar: formatted text fields now open as a plain text box with an Aa button that shows or hides the toolbar, and the keyboard shortcuts for bold, italic, underline and undo keep working while it is hidden.
  • Better dropdown search: searchable dropdowns now start at the best match, rank exact matches first, mark the typed text in each row and show how many results match.
  • Category names in one language: category dropdowns for documents, FAQs, services, calendar event types and case outcomes show one name in the language you selected.
  • One location at a time: staff availability can no longer overlap at two locations, so offered hours in capacity reports stay realistic.
  • Industry choices: the start-trial page and signup form now offer Physiotherapy and Dentistry, and existing accounts that used Hairdressing keep all their records.
  • Consistent punctuation: every portal and language now uses the same apostrophes and quotation marks for its language.

Correctifs

  • Calm notice after a screen lock: when your session locks after 10 minutes without activity, the sign-in page now shows a calm blue notice instead of a red error, and other sign-in messages are clearer in the admin portal and the Client Portal.
  • Complete document lists: the Documents tab no longer stops at 25 documents, and the case drawer lists every document of the case.
  • Documents removed with their owner: deleting a person or a staff member now also removes their documents, and the delete no longer ends in an error.
  • Accurate capacity reports: offered hours are no longer inflated by availability at several locations at once, former staff stay selectable in reports, and Trends shows when capacity history is incomplete.
  • Complete Body Map exports: exported reports keep every recorded layer, note and body side in a fixed order, long notes continue across pages, and observation notes are left-aligned.
  • Date ranges across a new year: a range that crosses a new year now shows the year at both ends, and a one-day range shows a single date.
  • Clearer chart tooltips: tooltips now mark each series with the same round colour key as the legend and no longer repeat the row name.
  • Section titles stay readable: a long section title is no longer cut off to make room for a tag, because the tag now moves below it.

Sécurité et fiabilité

  • Protection against stale saves: every change to an existing record now checks that your screen shows the latest version, so a save from an outdated screen is refused instead of overwriting newer changes, and the screen reloads while keeping what you typed.
  • Safer access changes: an outdated staff form can no longer undo a role or access change that someone else made in the meantime.
  • More reliable sessions: signed-in sessions now refresh more reliably in every portal, and sign-in and verification problems show clear messages without technical details.
  • Safeguards for documents: additional safeguards protect access to documents when you save them, and documents are removed together with the record they belong to.
  • Only the newest invitation link works: a replacement invitation or password-reset link replaces the earlier one, so only the latest link can be used.
  • Consistent password rules: existing passwords keep working, and new-password minimums count characters the same way everywhere.
