v0.16.1
New attendance reports, late cancellation tracking and clearer sign-in codes
Reports now include Appointments and Trends tabs and a tab for attendance per person, all filterable by location and staff member, next to a rebuilt Booking capacity report. Cancellations now record who cancelled, and a late cancellation by the person who booked counts as a miss in the new Attendance column of your people list.
Fonctionnalités
- New and rebuilt reports: the Booking capacity report now has charts with tooltips and tables, and three new reports show Appointments (attended, no-show and cancelled, per period and per staff member), Trends (compare any number of measures and look for a relationship) and attendance per person with each person's next planned appointment.
- Location and staff filters: every report tab can now be narrowed to chosen locations and staff members, and the filters stay in the link you share.
- Capacity comparison chart: one chart shows booked capacity per location or per staff member, split by the other, so you can see at a glance where time is booked and where it is open.
- Who cancelled: each cancelled appointment now records whether the person cancelled late, cancelled in time, or your team cancelled it, and a late cancellation counts as a miss beside no-shows in the Attendance Group.
- Attendance in your people list: the list gains an Attendance column with a group badge and a No-show rate column, both with plain-language help that explains how they are counted.
- Clearer appointment date columns: Last appointment, Last completed appointment and Next appointment now explain which statuses they count, and they skip records entered in error.
- One-time code fields: all code fields, from sign-in to network verification, now look and behave the same, with centred digits that fill the column, and a code pasted as 123 456 keeps all six digits.
- Authenticator setup screens: both setup screens now show the setup key in the same way, and every step of adding an authenticator ends in one right-aligned row of buttons.
- Consistent category screens: the FAQ, Service and Document category screens now work like the Case Outcomes screen, and the delete confirmation names the entry you are removing.
- Cases stay up to date: renaming or deleting a case now updates the Documents tab at once, and an open case drawer shows current progress after a status change elsewhere.
- Correct activity layout from the start: on laptop-sized screens, pages now open with the Activity tab in the right place instead of briefly showing a sidebar.
Correctifs
- 90-day no-show count: the 90-day no-show column now counts exactly 90 calendar days instead of 91.
- Saving after archiving a category: renaming a category entry after you archive, restore or reorder it with the form open now saves, instead of closing the form and losing your text.
- Documents tab links: the Documents tab no longer keeps a link to a case that has been deleted.
- Address fields while typing: address cards in repeatable sections no longer lose focus or the next keystrokes when an address lookup answers or you mark an address as primary.
- Hide panel label in Dutch: the button to hide the activity panel now reads in Dutch instead of showing a mix of English and Dutch.
- Failed copy message: copying a provider message ID in the email delivery log now says so when the copy fails.
Sécurité et fiabilité
- Safer category changes: editing, deleting or reordering a category entry that someone else has changed now shows a message and reloads the list, instead of overwriting the newer change.
- Document category permissions: the document category screens now check your document permissions.
- Faster activity loading: the activity log now loads once when a page opens, which is quicker and lighter on the system.
- Updated components: underlying components were updated to include the latest security fixes.
