Billing-code field templates and faster, steadier lists

You can now record the insurer billing code on each appointment by adding a ready-made field template with the official code list. Switching between list layouts is faster, and the filters work the same way in every layout.

Fonctionnalités

  • Billing-code field templates: you can add a ready-made template for an official billing-code list to your appointment fields, and every setting and item stays editable after you add it.
  • Coded list items: every item in a searchable list now has a unique code and an optional description, and pickers, tables, exports and the Client Portal show them as the code followed by the label.
  • Deactivating choices: you can deactivate options in dropdown, radio and multi-select fields and list items, so they are no longer offered for new choices while existing records keep their value.
  • Settings on the template card: before you create a field from a template, you can set whether it is required and, for multi-select fields and searchable lists, the maximum number of selections, with a preview that follows your choices.
  • Faster layout switches: moving between Table, Split and Calendar reuses data the page already holds, so switching is quicker, and the Calendar stays on the date you were viewing.
  • One Filters drawer: Edit filters and Reset now work while a record is open in a wide Split layout, and Apply returns to the list and opens the first matching record.
  • Quick filters in every view: the Appointments quick filters stay visible on both the list and the open record in a wide Split layout.
  • Case documents in the history: uploading, editing or deleting a document filed in a case now appears in the case history, and the history of a record shows the entries of its cases.
  • Clearer appointment entries: every appointment entry in activity lists now shows its record, date and service on separate lines.
  • Consistent file rows: files look and behave the same everywhere, with a category tag beside the name, a menu for actions, and the size shown in the preview.
  • Open-ended new cases: New case is back at the top of the case list, a new case starts open-ended, and Book in case now preselects every case.
  • Help hints restored: the Booked capacity and Portal access columns show their ⓘ help again.

Correctifs

  • Quick filters disappearing: the Appointments quick filters no longer flash and vanish in a wide Split layout.
  • Person filter name: the person filter now keeps the person’s name after a quick-filter press, a reload or a shared link, instead of showing a generic label.
  • Leftover location filter: old links that carried a location filter no longer narrow the Table or hide Calendar columns without a visible control.
  • Calendar date kept: the Calendar no longer jumps back to today after you visit the Table.
  • Filters after returning: in a narrow Split layout, quick filters stay pressed after you open a record and go back, and only the current row in the rail is highlighted.
  • Fresh rows after Board moves: after you move items on the Board, the other layouts show the updated values instead of older ones.
  • Unsaved changes prompt: on a record page, using quick filters or the Filters drawer now asks once before discarding unsaved edits, and Stay keeps your draft.
  • Correct singular and plural: usage texts and delete messages now read “Used by 1 appointment” and “with 1 upcoming appointment” instead of a plural noun after a count of one, in English, Dutch and Romanian.
  • Option controls wait for the count: in the dropdown options editor, Delete, the option value and Allow custom values stay closed until it is known whether records use an option.
  • Forms show the first error: after a refused save, the form scrolls to the first field that needs attention and focuses it.
  • Calendar toolbar stays put: the Calendar and Table toggle no longer moves when you switch views on a record.
  • Quieter activity feed: email delivery steps no longer appear as separate entries in the activity feed.
  • Branded addresses reach the right portal: branded web addresses that sent people to the admin sign-in instead of the Client Portal or online booking now lead to the right place.

Sécurité et fiabilité

  • Correct usage counts: usage counts for encrypted fields are now accurate, so a list item that records still use can no longer be deleted by mistake.
  • Daily address check: branded web addresses are now checked once a day and repaired automatically if they ever drift from your settings, and the team is alerted.
  • Lighter record pages: record pages no longer run usage counts that only the field settings need, so they load with less work.
