Your own time zone for accurate appointment times

You can now set your own time zone, so appointment times, opening hours, and calendars always show correctly for where you work. When you move a location to a new time zone, you can preview exactly how it affects upcoming appointments before confirming.

Fonctionnalités

  • Your own time zone: instead of one time zone shared by every business, you can now set your own, so all the times you see match where you actually work.
  • Times shown the way that makes sense: appointments, opening hours, and calendars now show in the time zone of the place they happen, while personal activity like your own uploads and history shows in your own time zone, with a clear label whenever the two differ.
  • Preview before changing a location's time zone: when you change a location's time zone, you can see how many upcoming appointments will keep their original clock time and review any conflicts before confirming, and past appointments and records stay exactly as they were.
  • Choose what happens when you close a case: closing a case now lets you decide whether to cancel its future appointments or keep them outside the case.
  • Smoother getting started panel: the “Getting started” panel now flows smoothly into its compact button when you minimize it, and back out again when you reopen it, instead of abruptly fading.

Correctifs

  • Appointment times to the minute: appointment details no longer show unnecessary seconds, so times read like “1:00 PM” instead of “1:00:00 PM”.
  • Relative time in your own language: wording like “just now” or “5 minutes ago” now shows in your own language instead of always in English.
  • Correct time zone labels on calendars: calendar views now label times using the location where those specific appointments happen, so a calendar mixing appointments from different locations clearly labels each one instead of showing a single, misleading zone.
  • Consistent dates across your day: filters, saved views, and date pickers now use your organization's own day consistently, so scheduling and reports show the same results no matter which device or location you use.
  • Smoother page loading: fixed an issue where some English pages briefly showed appointment times before re-rendering them.
  • Correct navigation highlight: the sidebar now highlights the correct section when you view your organization's history.

Sécurité et fiabilité

  • Encrypted connections everywhere: traffic between your devices and Praxium is encrypted, and Praxium's own connection to its database is fully verified and encrypted too, keeping your information protected in transit.
