See exactly what changed in a case, and why

This release adds a full activity history for cases, including a required reason whenever a closed case is edited, deleted, or reopened, and turns custom field set previews into live, working forms so you can see exactly how a set will look before you use it. It also brings smaller improvements to photo handling and service pricing display in the admin portal.

Fonctionnalités

  • Case activity history: every change to a case is now recorded, and reopening, editing, or deleting a closed case asks for a short reason that is kept with the case's history.
  • Easier case reopening: whoever closed a case can now reopen it themselves, without needing an administrator's help.
  • Live field-set previews: when you preview a custom field template or an existing field set, you now see the exact working form, including its boxes, required fields, and any conditional fields.
  • ICF intake safeguards: the ICF intake template now requires the assessment field to be completed once an assessment is marked complete, and every change to an ICF field is recorded in the case's activity history.
  • Clearer service pricing: when a service has prices for more than two locations, the list now shows the first two and a “X more” option to see the rest, with tidier spacing and better wrapping for long option names.
  • Clearer encryption notice: the Client Portal's personal information section now states plainly that personal and sensitive information is encrypted.

Correctifs

  • Photo saves no longer fail silently: saving a photo that takes a little longer to check now shows a clear message asking you to save again, instead of a generic error.
  • Steadier photo previews: opening a photo preview no longer jumps in size while the image loads; it now shows a loading indicator and fades the photo in smoothly.
  • Visible location validation: administrators who can only be assigned to one location now see a clear error message if that field needs attention, instead of a save that quietly did nothing.

Sécurité et fiabilité

  • Prompter photo cleanup: when a photo is replaced or removed, any previously public copy is now reliably taken down rather than possibly staying visible.
