Address autofill, clearer staff access, and steadier forms

This release adds address autofill from postal codes across the admin portal, client portal, and booking widget, keeps the upcoming birthdays widget visible even when empty, and makes staff access management clearer with explicit invite, resend, and reactivate actions. It also includes a number of reliability and usability improvements to forms, saved views, and sign-in.

Fonctionnalités

  • Address autofill from postal code: entering a postal code and house number now fills in the street and town automatically on client and staff records, locations, the client portal, and the public booking widget. If your own spelling differs from the official register, the difference is shown rather than silently overwritten.
  • Upcoming birthdays always visible: the dashboard birthday widget now stays visible even when there are no birthdays in the coming weeks, showing a clear message instead of disappearing.
  • Clearer staff access management: the staff list, staff profile, and roles page now show one consistent action for each person's account, with explicit options to invite, resend an invitation, revoke it, reactivate access, or link an existing admin-only account.
  • Safer handling of inactive clients and staff: inactive records stay visible for reference but read-only, new appointments cannot be booked with inactive participants, and deactivating a staff member or client with upcoming appointments now offers a clear review or cancel option.
  • Tidier settings and forms: the Appointments settings page is reorganised into clearer groups, form fields are sized to match their content instead of stretching unnecessarily, and the sidebar's back button now works reliably when collapsing the navigation panel.

Correctifs

  • Saved Views keep their tab: switching between records in a Saved View no longer resets the open tab back to the default.
  • Steadier sign-in and verification screens: login and multi-factor verification pages no longer flash before they are ready, and keyboard focus is preserved while the page finishes loading.
  • Fewer unnecessary error messages: leaving a page while it is still loading data no longer triggers a false error notification.
  • Correct navigation after changing password or language: switching your password or interface language now takes you to the right page reliably.
  • Invitation tabs stay put: opening a staff invitation no longer causes the page's tabs to jump or reload unexpectedly.
  • Complete multi-factor email guidance: security warnings about missing contact details for multi-factor authentication now show complete information for every combination of contact methods.
  • Rich text editor shortcut fixed: pressing Escape inside a text editor now closes the editor itself first, rather than immediately cancelling the whole form.

Sécurité et fiabilité

  • Tighter password-confirmation access: the function that confirms a signed-in user's password can now only be called by that same authenticated user, reducing the surface for misuse.
  • Smoother recovery from brief database restarts: if the underlying database restarts briefly, the system now retries automatically instead of showing an error page.
  • Routine security updates: underlying software components were updated to their latest secure versions as part of ongoing maintenance.
