Staff birthdays on your dashboard, plus more flexible file uploads
This release adds an upcoming staff birthdays widget to the admin dashboard, gives custom file fields more flexibility while keeping public and private files properly protected, and fixes several small display issues.

- Upcoming birthdays widget: the dashboard now shows a list of upcoming staff birthdays, complete with photo, name, and how many days away each birthday is, and it disappears automatically when no one has a birthday coming up.
- Flexible file field settings: practices can now choose their own file types, size limits, and file counts for both public and private custom file fields, instead of being locked into fixed presets.
- Clearer field status labels: whether a custom field is encrypted or excluded from the activity log is now shown directly in field lists, without needing to hover.
Correctifs
- Correct birthday countdown: a staff birthday happening today no longer incorrectly shows as a year away.
- Correct birthday date: the birthday date shown now matches your practice's local date rather than occasionally appearing a day early.
- File size limits enforced correctly: custom file fields can no longer be configured with a size limit above the platform's maximum, preventing uploads that would otherwise fail.
