Conditional custom fields and public image support
This release introduces conditional logic for custom fields, secure public image publishing, and a reorganized Settings menu, along with several usability improvements for managing custom fields.

- Conditional fields: Custom fields can now automatically show, hide, or become read-only based on the answer to another field, such as a yes or no checkbox.
- Public image fields: Specific images in custom fields, such as staff photos, can now be published for public display while the original file stays securely stored and is never exposed publicly.
- Custom Fields moved to Settings: Custom Fields management now lives under Settings, making it easier to find alongside other configuration options.
- Clearer field authoring: Required checkboxes are now clearly marked, checkbox styling is more consistent, text fields have sensible character limits, animated GIF images are no longer accepted for image fields, and deleting a group of location fields now happens in a safer, staged way.
- Simplified filter reset: The option to reset saved filters is now easier to find and use.

- Stronger private file protection: Private files attached to custom fields are now more strictly protected against unauthorized access.
- Reduced information exposure: File names are no longer unnecessarily exposed when files are shared.
