Custom layouts, Smart Filters, and streamlined pages

This release brings flexible list and page layouts, a new way to filter records by describing what you need, and cleaner, shorter detail pages across the admin portal. It also adds finer control over trusted network access and several fixes for appointments, exports, and filters.

Fonctionnalités

  • Choose your list view: Clients, Staff, and Appointments can now be viewed as a table, a split view, or a board, and Appointments can also be viewed as a calendar. Your choice is remembered for each list.
  • Describe what you want to filter: a new Smart Filters option lets you type what you are looking for in plain language and review a ready-made filter before applying it.
  • Try a filter without saving it: a temporary filter drawer lets you preview a different filter on a saved view, then apply it or cancel without changing the saved definition.
  • Pick your page layout: record pages can now be shown in one, two, or three columns, with the column widths adjustable by dragging.
  • Shorter, clearer detail pages: the headers on client, staff, and appointment pages now show only identity and status, so the record's details start higher on the page.
  • One control for verification status: the status badge now opens a single menu showing all three statuses, with the current one clearly marked.
  • Consistent country flags: flags now look the same on every device and operating system, including Windows.
  • Clear field status icons: fields that are encrypted or excluded from the activity log now show consistent, clearly labelled icons everywhere they appear.
  • Flexible page sizes: tables now offer a consistent page-size control, letting you choose 10, 25, 50, or 100 results per page.
  • Assistant renamed: the recording and dictation feature is now called Smart Assistant, with a "Voice to text" action and a simpler icon.
  • Last appointment at a glance: client lists can now show and filter on each client's most recent appointment, including cancelled ones, alongside their next completed visit.
  • Time follows your language setting: clock times throughout the app now follow the display language instead of always using a 12-hour format.

Correctifs

  • Timeline notes no longer show a false error: adding a note to an appointment's timeline could show an error message even though the note saved correctly; it now saves cleanly every time.
  • Sorting and layout fixes in tables: sorting on calculated columns works again, and date fields no longer overlap in narrower forms.
  • Export button reflects what is available: exporting is now disabled when there is nothing to export, avoiding empty or confusing downloads.
  • Smoother category selection: selecting a category for appointments and other records no longer causes flickering, overlapping menus, or stuck loading states.
  • Cleaner email log entries: delivery log rows no longer repeat expiry text, while still showing an accurate creation time.

Sécurité et fiabilité

  • Finer control over trusted networks: you can now see your currently trusted networks, revoke access from one specific network, or revoke all verified networks at once.
  • More precise access revocation: revoking trust for one network now affects only sessions verified for that network, leaving other trusted access untouched.
  • Privacy-safe smart filtering: the new natural-language filter feature only shares field names with the assistant that generates suggestions, never patient records or personal details.
